Technological modernization of Fashion Supply EOOD

"Fashion Supply" LTD is a company that produces clothing and confection for world famous brands, so we need to maintain and ensure the extremely high quality of the products. Now the company faces strong competitive pressures from the countries of the East, offering a satisfactory quality of the final product and low labor costs, and hence the final product. This make the orders from foreign clients in uncertain time and makes it necessary to take immediate measures to ensure the stable existence of the company. One of the problems we face is that the printed fabrics that uses Fashion Supply are imported from Turkey, where the process of printing and grading of fabrics is very difficult to control on our part. This leads to other problems, irregular samples that customer returns for reprocessing, extending deadlines for implementation, additional costs and more expensive contract. To respond more fully to the requirements of our customers, to attract new customers with custom orders and to provide a reliable guarantee of customers to the agreed conditions and the high quality of the garments we need to modernize production by introducing new and advanced equipment for direct digital printing on textiles. The project activities which include purchase of new equipment the company: • Will Increase the quality and will undertake more complex orders and orders with special requirements; • We will expand our product portfolio, meeting the high demands of the foreign counterparts; • Will ensure the desired independence from obtaining the necessary raw materials for faster execution, lower cost product, lower labor costs. All this will lead to higher competitiveness of "Fashion Supply" Ltd and to increase and expand the market position of European and world market by the applicant.
