INHOM-98 Ltd in the direction of improving its production capacity

The main activity of INHOM-98 is repair and production of form sets (moulds) for the glass industry. The main materials used for the production of form sets are cast iron, bronze and other alloys that are resistant to deformations caused by high temperatures. Different alloys require different production technologies which is a challenge for the company and facilitates the increase of the manufactured production assortment. The main necessities of the company are connected with increasing the production capacity and export potential. Satisfying both of those is one of the main objectives of the project. Through implementation of the activities stipulated in the project, namely activities for improving production processes and activities for adopting new technologies for improving resource effectiveness and efficacy in the production process it will be able to achieve the general objective of the project. As main results of the implementation of the activities, optimization of the production process, adopting a technology to decrease the use of water, adopting a technology to decrease the waste, increasing of the production capacity and the export potential of the company are expected. To achieve the results as per the project the purchase of the following long-term material assets: a CNC vertical manufacturing centre with two-pallet change and a CNC multi-functional horizontal lathe centre with a robot-operator is envisaged.
