Increasing the production capacity and the export potential of Petar Dodov Deson 91 ST

PETER DODOV DESON-91 ST has its main activity in the field of production of scaffoldings and safety facilities for the construction. The production is on request by the customers and is mainly for export. The scaffolds are mainly two types - protective and strengthening. The company has its own transport for the transportation to the customers. Supplementary activity of the company is international transport services. A major constraint to the further development of the company is the morally and physically outdated and low productivity equipment.Another problem is the unability to organize serial production of nonstandard products and thus- high labor costs and long time required for adjustment of equipment and manual processing, which increases the production cost and limits the production capacity. The European custommers insist on specific demands and high quality of the products, high volumes as well as to guaranteed strict production procedures and delivery terms. Nalichnoto equipment limits the development of the company. Investmenbts in high productivity automated production equipment is a must to overcome these limitations and achieve further growth. Under the project modern high-tech automated production equipment will be purchased and installed in order to increase the production capacity, optimize the production processes and improve product quality. The following equipment will be purchased and put into operation - electromechanical guillotine, powder coating line (consisting of track line, painted details kiln, booth for electrostatic powder coating), CNC fibrolaser cutting machine with system for pipes cutting, bending machine, electro-hydraulic folding. As a result of the project will be expanded the production capacity of the company, which will allow increasing the volume proizovdtsveniya and improve product performance.
