Investment in specialized production equipment to increase production capacity and export potential of TEMENA Ltd.

Temena LTD Ltd is one of the leading companies in Bulgariq for design, manufacture and installation of equipment and finishes for swimming pools, spa and wellness centers. The production activity is mainly directed towards the production of saunas, steam cabins and whirlpool tubes- standard and individual dimensions and design.The company has offices and warehouses in Plovdiv, Sofia, Varna and Burgas as headquarters and manufacturing facilities are concentrated in Plovdiv. Thanks to its highly qualified design, engineering and marketing team Temena Ltd realizes a large part of its production to the international market- mainly in Greece, Romania and Spain.The company aims to have more convincing presentation on the European market, but the extremely high demands of foreign customers to quality and individual design of the spa facilities will test the design and production department of the company and highlight the need to introduce more high-tech and efficient production equipment to automate production by order and to allow enforcement of non-standard in shape and size spa facilities. This project proposal is part of a major investment program of the company for the introduction of high technology and maintain the highest quality in production.As result of the project TEMENA Ltd. will implement modern production and automated equipment necessary to increase production capacity and range of saunas, hot tubs and steam rooms. According to its planned purpose machines are divided into four main groups: automated lines for comprehensive processing and manufacturing of custom parts; automated equipment for finger-joint; standard woodworking machines -for standard parts and individual working operations; and specialized handling equipment for storage of finished goods.The investment in new machines is critical to the company's development as it will improve the range and quality of finished products and will help to increase exports and find new foreign markets.
