Sustainable development of Calcit AD through expanding the capacity of the enterprise and enhancing the export potential of the manufactured products

This project is an integral part of the development strategy of Calcit AD as through its successful implementation it will address the identified problems and constraints in the enterprise, resulting from low capacity and high cost of materials in the production of quicklime - key production stage and main bottleneck. In order to expand the capacity and to increase resource efficiency and effectiveness, it's envisaged within the project to be delivered and commissioned a new vertical roller mill (1 pc.), which will provide for the rhythmic feeding of the lime klin with petcoke with characteristics necessary for optimal utilization in the process. Thus, through the introduction of the new technology for petcoke processing, the productivity will be increased up to 350-400 tons, respectively the capacity of the enterprise will be expanded up to 60% by achieving lower material costs per unit. Therefore, through the successful implementation of the planned activities considerable impact on the activity of Calcit AD will be achieved, since through them the needs of the enterprise will be met for imp, increasing resource efficiency and effectiveness and ensuring high capacity and competitive production.
