Improving the production capacity of "Deyan Madjarov - Madlok" Sole Trader

The project proposal envisages commissioning of Tube laser - 1 pc. The project's aim is growth of the production capacity of the company; increase of company's performance; increase of the production efficiency; expansion of "Deyan Madjarov - Madlok" Sole Trader market positions on internal and external markets. The project proposal includes activity for improvement of the production process and activity for commissioning of a new technology for improvement of the resources and production efficiency. The need for the envisaged project activities is determined by the currently defined major problems: extremely time-consuming process for cutting different shapes and size holes in the billets; more expensive products because of the need to use special tooling equipment, which raises the cost of the product and prevents the applicant to be more flexible in delivery terms; inconstant quality of the products, higher production costs and extended time for execution of the orders due to lack of precise cuts; limited possibility in terms of diversity of perforations' shapes and the ends of the products' components. The project execution will lead to manufacturing processes' improvement and their efficiency increase; the effectiveness of the production costs will be increased; product quality will be improved and cost of products will decrease; the resources efficiency of the company will grow. The project execution will allow high decrease of the faulty pieces and optimized use of raw materials. These positive trends will support the company's development and will stimulate sales on domestic and foreign markets.
