Expanding production and increasing the capacity of Studio Lemon EOOD

The company Studio Lemon EOOD was established in 2006 in the city of Plovdiv. The company’s main activity includes the design, development, printing and installation of various types of print, souvenir, outdoor and media advertisement. The company also provides full advertising services for clients and is oriented towards end customers. The company’s main activity has four directions: digital print, offset print, souvenir and outdoor advertising. The company also provides services accompanying the printing process, such as graphic design, pre-print preparation and conceptual design. The company cannot currently fulfill large-scale and complex orders due to the lack of high-tech equipment and its limited production capacity, which is why some of the orders are assigned to subcontractors. This results in low profit margin and increased alternative costs, such as time and organization. The activities under this project include the purchase of new production equipment; the investment covers two digital printing machines (for small print runs and wide-format print), a universal machine for cutting, folding and perforating, as well as a cutting plotter and precise positioning. This project’s long-term objective is to: -increase the production capacity; -improve the quality of the products offered; -shorten production time; -diversification of the product portfolio; -possibility for producing more complex products; -closing the production cycle; -increasing productivity by minimizing manual labour; -reinforcing the company’s positions on the internal market and entering export markets. Reaching the above mentioned objectives would allow Studio Lemon EOOD to offer, on both the Bulgarian and international markets, products with a higher quality, at competitive prices and within short deadlines.
