Investments to increase capacity for growth "KORONA M" LTD.

“KORONA M” Ltd. is operating in "Manufacture of other food products not elsewhere classified" specializes in production of healthy food - caramel bars, granola bars, popcorn, pellets, coated with cocoa glaze, nougat, snacks, nuts and others. “KORONA M” Ltd. needs to address increased customer demand at the limitation of full production capacity utilization, as well as to improve the quality and competitiveness of products, in order to expand its positions on the international markets. The company is using physically old and outdated equipment, which is not efficient enough and lead to labor intensive production with high energy and material consumption, and unstable parameters of production processes. In order for these needs to be met, the project includes the purchase of fixed assets as an entirely new solution: one Line for production of caramel bars, one Line for production of chocolate and couverture mass, one Packing line for chocolate, cacao and sugar dragees, granola nuggets and caramels bars and one Packing and inspection line for caramel and other bars / blocks /, improve export capabilities and will ensure precise production parameters, which will enhance resource efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, and will decrease cost of production per unit. The expected results are: improving competitiveness and creating export potential, decreasing production cost and increasing production capacity. The project is directed to the following activities: improvement of production processes as well as introduction of new technologies for enhanced resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process.
