Investments in Modern Technological Equipment for Improving Production Capacity of ASPASIA 92

The project foresees purchasing of new equipment, the latter being an integral part in the manufacturing of non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks). As the market develops, there come moments when the production capacity is not enough. Right now the enterprise has only one working production line for soft-drinks and one extra line, for which blow moulding machine and system for marking PET bottles are needed. Completing the line with blow moulding machine and system for marking PET bottles will increase considerably the production capacity. This will lead to the necessity of more storage areas. These areas will require more effective motocar with gas fuel engine for cargo handling. The projects major objectives are increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of ASPASIA 92 Ltd. Achieving these objectives would lead to raising the competitiveness of the enterprise increasing its share on both domestic and international market The project specific objectives are increasing quantity of production, lower the production costs, increasing production of labor, hiring new employees. The project provides for the purchasing and commissioning of the following long term non tangible assets: 1. Blow moulding machine for PET bottles; 2. Laser system for marking PET bottles; 3. Motocar with gas fuel engine The following activities are foreseen: 1. Improving production processes 2. Implementing of new technologies for improving of the resource efficiency and efficacy in the production process. The expected results from the project implementation would be: 1. Increased production capacity 2. Increased export potential 3. Implemented new technologies for improving of the resource efficiency and efficacy in the production process
