Modernization of the production processes in Bulcraft Ltd.

Subject of the investment within the project is equipment for applying corrosion coatings of metal surfaces which includes: Mini loader – 1 Hydraulic scissor platform – 1 Hydraulic platform – 1 Vacuum machine – 2 Water jet machine – 2 Dehumidifier and air heater – 2 Pneumatic sprayer – 4 Pneumatic diaphragm pump – 4 Sand blasting machine - 12 Forklift – 1 The equipment is necessary for implementation of activities related to application of corrosion coatings on industrial facilities, and especially on those containing elements with difficult access. The mini loaders, the hydraulic platforms and the forklift are necessary for filling and delivery of silos with abrasive during processing of inaccessible elements, without the necessity of building pipe scaffolding on structures and facades. The vacuum machines, the dehumidifiers and the diaphragm pumps are necessary for internal processing of petroleum tanks, grain silos and other kinds of tanks. Currently similar equipment is not available in the company and is used for rent. In order to be covered with anti-corrosion coating (paint), after abrasive spray cleaning (blasting), the dust from the processed metal surface have to be removed to a level that allows application of the coating according to international standards. During this process it is required to maintain the dried air with a strictly defined flow, which prevents the metallic surfaces to corrode. This is the role of the vacuum machine, the dryer and the sprayer. The company currently does not have such facilities and using for rent. The water jet machines are required for desalination of the treated metals, and for water blasting of equipment, wherein the abrasives cannot be cleaned. The pneumatic sprayer, the diaphragm pump and the sandblasting equipment are new, modern, pneumatically operated, with low operating costs. The currently used equipment is old, highly depreciated and requiring constant repair and maintenance.
