The project proposal includes activities wherewith the company can provide: - Improvement of production processes; - Opportunities for diversification of product range covered in priority direction "Mechatronics and clean technologies"; Implementation of activities under this project will be put into effect by a local team of specialists involved with the production process as well with financial, economic and commercial activities. All the activities will run under direct supervision and monitoring by the Company Manager. Project accomplishment will provide the company an opportunity to expand/extend/widen/develop its production capacity in new priority direction - “Mechatronics and clean technologies” - KID 27. Meant to purchase machinery and equipment for metal processing, are long-term tangible assets. They are supplemented by those acquisition-planned intangible assets (technologies, methodologies representing the know-how). With their deployment, the company will obtain the capability for product development on existing markets, and, especially, wider horizons for expanding exports. On completion of this project, the company anticipates to improve its competitiveness by extending considerably the potential to export its products. Along with this objective fulfilment, it is expected to achieve higher productivity, reduced production costs, better quality of processing and value-adding. While running the activities, the company will ensure strict observance of the statutory requirements for implementation of projects financed through public funds of EC and national budget. To finance the project activities the company has the option for bank loans from servicing banks. The late declared their readiness for lending.
