Improvement of the production capacity of "Sorokov Instruments" Ltd.

The project provides for the purchase and commissioning of high-tech production equipment - extrusion line with software - based control of the production process in real time, for the manufacture of molded strip of high density polyethylene (HDPE), reinforced with steel. The line is able to independently produce end products of high density polyethylene, and will contribute to a significant increase of the technological capabilities of the company for the manufacture of plastic products. The Company plans to acquire and put into operation this equipment in order to establish a new production facility that will be located on a separate production site in the town of Nikolaevo, Stara Zagora district, on a separate plot and will operate separately and independently of the current activity of the company and existing its equipment, and as such will be a "new establishment." This independent production workshop will produce only crosspiece from high density polyethylene (HDPE), reinforced with a steel profile that activities of the new production unit falls below acceptable under the code of economic activity 22.29 "Production of other plastic products". By setting up the new business establishment the company will carry out activities in the field of manufacture of the specialized products of high density polyethylene, for which there is a significant and expanding niche in the domestic market as well as foreign markets. The implementation of the proposed new equipment will increase the total production capacity of the company, expanding the customer base and revenues from sales, incl. and export those to a more efficient and economic use of the materials, and increase overall resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process, which will ensure a sustainable increase of its competitiveness.
