Automation and optimization of the production processes in Rilman Ltd

RILMAN is a company founded in 2001 specializing in repairing industrial equipment, facilities and components, used mainly in the textile industry. The company provides maintenance, repairwork and refurbishing of sewing machines, knitting machines, sock-knitting machines and spinning machines. The company also provides fixing and initiating of the machines mentioned above. The increase in the number of orders for the past few years as well as the high standards of the tailoring companies working mainly to supply the international market require the necessity for investment in order to increase our company’s capacity and improve the quality of our services and products. The implementation of the project activities through introduction of multifunctional software for testing textile machines and automatic validation and tracking of production processes as well as server configuration for its provision will solve the company’s main issues such as lack of automation of the machine repairwork processes, insufficient resource usage and limited capacity, necessity for a modern solution towards the improvement of the quality and technical features of our products and services. The investment in a new ICT technology -web-based software will increase the production capacity of the company via standardization and automation of a large part of the production processes for industrial equipment refurbishing and improvement of the company’s resource efficiency. The product range and quality level of our products and services will be increased. The successful realization of the project will increase the production capacity of RILMAN. It will also increase the domestic market share and boost the export potential of the company which will provide its a strong sustainable competitiveness on the market.
