Colorit Press Ltd. is a company with twelve years of experience in the printing industry, specialized in full color printing, hot stamping and emboss printing, UV varnishing, pasting over micro corrugated cardboard and carton, laminating, die cutting and gluing. The company develops its activity in accordance with the best practices of modern printing art. As a result of implemented investment projects, combined with good management, the company’s financial indicators have made steady growth in previous years. Imposed restrictions on the company activities require significant investments in new, innovative production equipment in order to improve the production processes and diversify the product range. Proposed project will modernize and optimize company’s production activities by introducing three new high-tech and energy efficient machines for precise finishing activities in polygraphy – glue-folding machine (1 piece), bookbinding knife - 132 cm. width (1 piece), and bookbinding knife - 76 cm. width (1 piece). The implementation of above innovative machines will make it possible to reduce the cost of final production, improve the product quality, reduce the number of inefficient manual operations, and shorten the deadlines for production. As a result the resource efficiency of the production process will be increased and the range of products offered by the company will be diversified. As a result of proposed project, the production waste, the energy costs per unit of product, and the quantity of main raw materials used in production will be reduced. Project implementation will provide the technological conditions for realizing the company’s mid-term vision to improve its production capacity. Through a precise and rapid manufacturing of the final product, the company will occupy leading positions in the industry and will allow its long-term presence on international markets.
