This project proposal aims to improve the export potential of the company "Operation Management Services" Ltd - a target group of the project proposal - by optimization of production processes, improvement in its services and increase of resource efficiency in the company. As a small company operating in the field of Clean technologies (priority of Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization - ISSS) - a global high-tech industry sphere, the company faces strong competition especially on the international market. It is therefore necessary to strengthen the position on foreign markets by introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and modernization of the offered services. The overall objective of the project - to increase the production capacity of "Operation Management Services" Ltd and the establishment of a sustainable model of growth and expansion on the international market, will be achieved through the purchase of modern equipment and devices, and high-tech software to improve resource efficiency and services, offered by the company. The expected results for "Operation Management Services" Ltd after the project implementation are strengthening and expansion on international markets, achievement of better resource efficiency, and increased productivity.
