Production capacity expansion of NIKI LTD.

NIKI Company Ltd. was established in 1994 in the town of Pravets, specializes in the design and manufacture of metal products - wire, metal sheets and profiles. The company offers complete solutions for commercial furniture design and construction of technical documentation, sample making in the short term, mass production of short and long series, assembly - acrylic parts, wood details, screen printing, stickers, LCD screens - and everything adds personality of the product to customer and logistics. This project proposal envisages commissioning of Laser Cutting Machine Pipe - 1 pc. Software for engineering and design - 1 pc., which aims to extend the production capacity of the company, increasing its productivity, increase production efficiency, expanding its market position, both nationally and internationally. The project includes work to improve production processes and activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The activities are associated with the identified company needs and constraints: higher production costs and the need to optimize them for some basic types of products, the use of outdated technologies for the implementation of production processes, lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market volumes demand, low quality of some of the products. As a result of the project will be improved manufacturing processes and increase their efficiency; will increase the efficiency of production costs; will improve the quality of production will create conditions for reducing the cost thereof; will improve the resource efficiency of the enterprise. These positive trends will support the company's development and will stimulate sales of domestic and foreign markets.
