Improving the competitiveness of DGR International Ltd through the implementation of new technologies for the enhancement of the production capacity and increasing the resource effectiveness and efficiency

The execution of the current project will ensure competitive advantages for DGR INTERNATIONAL LTD including improvement of the production and export capacity and enhancing the resource efficiency and effectiveness of the company through the implementation of new effective production equipment. As a typical representative of the SME sector in Bulgaria DGR INTERNATIONAL LTD, which is also representative of the target group of the project, faces the typical problems regarding the development of Bulgarian enterprises, including high production costs, use of obsolete equipment and technology, insufficient production capacity and quality of the manufactured goods. Regarding this the main objective of the project is increasing of the production and export capacity of DGR INTERNATIONAL LTD through diminishing the used raw materials and production costs, improving the quality of the production and adding new characteristics to the manufactured products with the achieved variegation of the equipment and machinery and through the implementation of new generation equipment that has the abilities to complete more difficult operations but with reduced costs and use of resources. The expected results of the execution of the project include improving the competitiveness and the market presence through the implemented equipment and the improved production process, including the achievement of high productivity, reducing costs and materials and optimization of the production chain. These results will be achieved through key activities for improvement of the production processes, adding new characteristics and betterment of the existing products, improving the resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production with the purchase and implementation of Single action mechanical press - 1 pc.
