“DARK 2002” Ltd. was founded in 2002 in Sofia. For more than 10 years the company have been operating in the field of delivery and maintenance of dangerous equipment, repair of lifting equipment – cranes, loader cranes, hoister trolleys, excavators, mobile workstations and others. In addition, “DARK 2002” performs magnetic defectoscopy of steel ropes. With the realization of this project proposal, “DARK 2002” Ltd. will increase its production capacity, export orientation, and will expand its premises by purchasing modern equipment with which to be able to achieve higher number and better quality of machinery repairs and maintenance. In line with its production and marketing strategy, the company aims at strengthening its market presence not only in Bulgaria, but in the neighboring countries as well. In this respect, by implementing this project, “DARK 2002” Ltd. strives to achieve the following results: • Increase its production capacity by increasing the number of machines used; • Increase its export revenues; • Diversify its range of repair and maintenance services; • Achieve higher quality of its services by reducing the technological operations performed by workers; • Reduce the manufacturing cost of its services in order to achieve more competitive prices and sustainability of the company; • Modernize and automate the production processes in order to shorten the time for execution of repair and maintenance orders. Applying under this grant scheme gives “DARK 2002” Ltd. the opportunity to purchase new equipment and invest in the modernization of the processes for machinery repair and maintenance.
