Increasing the production capacity of VENEER MONTANA LTD

This project proposal aims at improving the manufacturing processes of “Vinir (Veneer) Montana” Ltd., enhancing the export potential of the company, optimizing production costs, and diversifying the range of products offered by purchasing one Roller dryer for veneer and one production line for disintegrated veneer. The purchase of the abovementioned equipment will allow the production of parts that the company has not been able to offer until now (e.g. composite parts, such as components for furniture, plywood for furniture, construction plywood, hydrophobic plywood). This project is necessary because the company needs to increase its competitiveness by implementing the following: · Upgrade, modernize and expand the set of existing machinery, which is obsolete; this will lead to a higher quality of the produced veneer parts; · Reduce the cost of its products in order to achieve more competitive prices; · Modernize and automate the production processes in order to achieve better production speed and less technological waste, which will shorten the order fulfillment times. Expand the range of manufactured products – the market is growing – the demand for veneer and wood components in the Czech Republic, Poland, other EU countries, as well as Russia and other former Soviet republics is greater than the capacities of the Bulgarian companies.
