Improving production capacity in Buldecor Ltd

With a project proposal Buldecor Ltd. strives to meet its medium and longterm goals related to improving production processes, adding new features and improving existing products, introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness, comparative advantages, expand the export potential and the preservation of reputation. To this end, the project proposal is planned purchase of last generation circular nesting machine and powder coating equipment totaling 1,880,715.91 lev expected funding for the project is 35% or lev 658,250.57 and will only be made final payment. For running a project proposal has been formed team led by Zachary Milushev to oversee and monitor the proper implementation of the project. According to the plan for outsourcing the machines must be purchased through the implementation of a contract that respects all required PMS. As indicators of acceptance of the project proposal are common and additional indicators for evaluation. 1. Selection of a contractor will be implemented from the first to the third month of the project. 2. Signing the brim will take place from third to fourth month of the project. 3. The delivery of the asset will be realized from the fourth to the seventh month of the project. 4. The installation, testing and commissioning will take place from ninth to tenth month of the project. 5. Implementation of promotional activities will take place from the tenth to the eleventh month of the project. 6. The signing of final Protocol will take place in the eleventh to twelfth month of the project.
