Strengthening the competitive advantages of IPL Bulgaria Ltd. and improving their production capacity by purchasing new equipment.

The main objectives of this project proposal are to enhance the production capacity and to increase the export potential of the candidate through investment for capacity expansion of an existing business entity. The reasons of the so established need for applying in this procedure can be briefly found in the condition of the equipment used by the company, high level of time involved in the production process, high cost of the end products, insufficient capacity in terms of quality and quantity of existing equipment, increasingly competitive environment, etc. To neutralize these circumstances, IPL Bulgaria LTD intends to carry out operations to improve the production processes, to add new features or improve the existing products and services, to diversify the range of products and services of the enterprises and to implement new technologies aimed at improving the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. These operations are expected to lead to optimization and modernization of the manufacturing process, increase of the market share on the international market, significant improvement of the quality of the finished products manufactured, greater variety of products offered, achievement of better productivity and minimized production costs and reduced amount of raw materials used in production. These results in turn will have a direct effect on the achievement of the medium-term and long-term strategy for enterprise development in the following areas: increase in production volume and productivity; higher exports of this product; optimized systems for process control and greater quality of the final product.
