Technological upgrade and production capacity increase of Steiner Mebel EOOD

"Steiner Mebel" EOOD is an export-oriented manufacturer of luxury furniture and complete interior solutions, which already for over a decade is a preferred partner and supplier for the higher English society. Relying on high quality production, innovative design and tight deadlines, the company has secured a stable competitive position of business in the United Kingdom. The long-term strategy of the company envisages an expansion of the company's operations in geographical terms, multiplying its successful business model. It will continue to position itself as a niche player in the luxury interior solutions sector and will seek realization in the growing markets of Europe and the Middle East. This project covers the preparation stage of the strategy, which concerns the provision of the production base, necessary to meet the increasing volumes. In this context, an increase in the production capacity and the optimization of the production chain is foreseen, by replacing inefficient, outdated equipment. The envisaged investments in the project for the purchase of advanced, high-performance hardware and software, in consideration of the scale and the objectives of the company, will provide the reliability and continuity of the production process and a sufficient production capacity for the company's growth in the long term. The planned activities will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise by achieving higher productivity and reduction of production costs due to improved resource efficiency. This will also be helped greatly by the innovative ICT solutions to the equipment, that will accelerate the development of the company and will increase the benefits in the value chain. The set project objectives are fully consistent with the objective of the current procedure BG16RGOP002-2.001. The project implementation will contribute to increase the production capacity and enhance the export potential of "Steiner Mebel" EOOD.
