BULLES GROUP Ltd. was founded in 1997 with the industrial production of wooden products as business activity. Wooden floorboards is the main product manufactured by the company, however, a growing share in company’s sales revenue in recent years is formed by wooden construction elements of various size - beams, ribs, props. In addition, an emphasis in the product portfolio is the production of prefabricated wooden houses. By adding new features and improving existing products and services and by expanding the product range, the company will focus on the production of more complex construction elements and wooden houses. The industrial processing of timber in a proper, effective and efficient way will contribute to the overall development of the company. The proposed project will modernize and optimize company’s production activity by introducing two new high-tech and energy efficient production lines, namely: production of parquet and wooden elements for construction; and production of construction glued panels, frames, and wooden windows The introduction of the lines mentioned above will secure the decrease of the cost of the final products, product quality improvement as well as shortening the time for their production, increase of the resource efficiency of the production process, widening of the product range. The implementation of the project will lead to decrease in production waste, the cost of energy used for the production of a single item as well as the quantity of raw materials used during the production process. The implementation of the project activities will provide technological base for accomplishment of the factory’s medium-term vision for realisation of our own innovation in the production of eco-houses. Through a more precise component production and the opportunity for achieving innovative fitting as well as providing innovative architectural services for their construction, the company will become a leader in the production of eco-houses.
