Improving production capacity and increase exports "Augusta sport" Ltd.

Augusta Sport Ltd. is a company founded in 2002 with main production dainty shoes, boots in ways directly casting feet, with KID 15.20 "Manufacture of footwear" .Production of the company is sold mainly on the domestic market, export in Italy, Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Greece and Romania. It owns a modern plant built to European standards. Investment that the company realized are directed to the purchase of new machinery and technology, and to continuously improve working conditions. Following the efforts of the management, the markets are growing. Activities of the project aimed at increasing the production capacity of the company and subsequent increase in exports by purchasing three new machines crucial to improving the quality of finished products, increase productivity, decrease production costs, increasing resource efficiency of processes and reduce the amount of manual operations. In the course of the project will be delivered and put into operation: - Separator - 1 pc. - Rotary machine - 1 pc. - Machine equipment conveyors of shoes production By implementing them now will replace older outdated equipment, increase production capacity by about 10%, will improve the quality of processes and finished products, will create opportunities for processing of new types of materials and consequently the development and marketing of new models, performance labor will grow by about 16%, increase the export potential of the company will decrease the unit costs.
