Technological renewal for competitive production of "Preciz-SK" Ltd.

"Preciz - SK" Ltd. is found in Gabrovo in 2008 for production of instrumental tooling - pressforms, injection molds, punching and stamping tools. Manufacturing of parts, assemblies and products with complex configuration and high requirements for accuracy and surface roughness and production of plastic, injecion molds, automatic details and products. The production of the company is mainly single piece based by individual orders or small and medium-sized series onse. This project is aimed at improving the company's production process in several aspects. The production of complex precision parts has one main characteristics - different sizes and degrees of complexity, depending on their purpose and the specific needs of the client. The details may vary - bearing boxes, distribution elements, various types of shafts, elements with a combination of rotational and parallel surfaces, conical couplings, hydraulic cylinders, shafts and etc. Every different shape, size and degree of complexity turns the details into a completely new product. The main challenge in the production process is the need of different machines for all products, where different types of details could be produces, as well as performing of the technological operations consequently and not parallelly. Furthermore, the end quality control of all details is done manually, using various measuring tools, which directly reflects in limited production capacity, larger period for production of one detail, low-cost recurses efficiency and inability to answer the growing needs of the clients. In order to overcome these identified challenges, the company needs to purchase CNC turning milling center - 1 pc. and a three-coordinate measuring machine - 1 pc. Both machines will contribute to increasing the production process efficiency, to enhance the production capacity and generate higher income from its core business, including export.
