Growth and Stability in East Chord Company Ltd.

As a result of the dynamic business environment and experience of our company in the field of strings production, we would like to implement new machines to increase the production capacity of East Cord Company Limited. With this project proposal we aim to aquire and put into operation three new high-tech machines, with which we can meet the growing market demands and to improve the quality of our most demanded products. Our goal is to be able to increase the company's productivity for three of our main products , which are : strings for acoustic jazz guitar (brand: Argentine), strings for acoustic folk guitar (brand: Bronze) and strings for electric guitar (brand: Electric). Our Priority is to increase the competitiveness of our brand Bronze on the European and American market. With the purchase of the new equipment, we expect to increase the quality of our strings due to the extremely important new technology to control the angle of winding and the quality of the "torsade" which fitted with extras of the projected equipment. We expect expansion of company's productivity in about 20%. As a redults of the project we expect to: - Increase productivity and reduce nonconforming products, thanks to the angle control equipment for string winding. - Increase the quality of the production, because of the fully automated process. - Increasing the performance and capacity of the enterprise. The main activities for implementation, which have provided are: - Purchase and commissioning of machine workpieces with ball end or loop end. - Purchase and commissioning of automatic winder on two levels to produce strings with active angle control during production. - Purchase of UPS system to protect and garant the new equipment.
