Moni MG OOD is a production company, working in the field of metalworking surface treatment and plastic molding, with strong positions in Bulgarian market. The biggest challenge faced by the management is the sustainability and expansion of market share in a globalized competition and dynamically changing market. The performed analysis of company’s activities highlights the following issues: lack of sufficient production capacity to respond to increased market demand; limited options to diversify product range in order to enter new market niches; high production costs hinder the implementation of flexible price policy and resource sustainability. The limits with respect to the above issues necessitate for implementation of the following activities, subject to the present project proposal: 1. Activities to improve production processes through investments in: - Galvanized line for silver coating – to increase the capacity in Galvanization workshop. - Plastic Injection Molding Machines 500 kN - to overcome the bottleneck in production of thermoplastic details of 45 g and to increase the capacity in Injection Molding workshop 2. Activities to diversify Company’s product range through investments in: Injection Molding Machine 2000 kN and Injection Molding Machine 3000 kN – to produce high quality details up to 600 g. 3. 3. Activities to implement new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process through investment in Software for management of galvanization process – to reduce material costs in this process. The implementation of the present project proposal will increase Moni’s competitiveness and will guarantee its sustainable presence in domestic and international markets.
