Investments for expansion of the production capacity of the carpentry workshop

According to the project proposal aims to gain financial support for increasing production capacity by extending the carpentry workshop. The investments are for new fixed assets needed to create a complete production cycle for the production of green wood. The current technological equipment does not allow the construction of the necessary types and quantities of preparations for the creation of wooden elements and details. So far due to lack of suitable equipment, the Company purchases finished preparations and elements necessary for the preparation of wood products.This increases the cost of materials and thus increases the cost of the final product, which is not a competitor compared with products offered by other manufacturers. Lack of appropriate equipment limited capacity in terms of quantity, variety, quality to the production of wooden planters, benches, tables and swings.Installation of modern woodworking machines allow to achieve high-quality production of products with improved characteristics.Buying aspiration system, band saw, planer, thicknesser, format circular automatic calibration grinding machine, milling machine with tilting spindle, four-processing machine aim at creating a complete production cycle and expanding the range-wooden hammock stands, wooden platforms, houses, wooden climbing frames, wooden sheds terraces, arbors and pergolas, wooden playgrounds, exterior and interior architectural elements; Increasing production capacity allows satisfying one of the important criteria of client- beauty products to import, to give a sense of comfort and tradition in the interior or exterior. Project implementation improved competitiveness of the company by increasing the potential for the production of products with high added value. This will free up resources to create a new department, increasing jobs, will open the way to international markets.
