Increasing the production capacity of the company Trans-Vankov Ltd.

The main activity of the company "Trans-Vankov" Ltd. is production of timber products intended for construction - beams, boards, flooring, cladding panels, flooring and paneling glued, glued multilayer beams and more. The production activity includes three main stages: initial processing, drying and finishing. Limitations in the manufacturing process of the company "Trans-Vankov" Ltd. are concentrated in the first stage and can be summarized in possession of outdated and physically depreciated equipment with extremely low productivity, which block the development of the company in the direction of taking larger orders, creates delays in the implementation of already adopted contracts and often do not cover customer requirements in terms of deadlines for implementation. In addition, currently owned machines are energy intensive, give rise to the necessity of using a lot of manual labor and a large amount of waste material. All this is an obstacle both to increase the market share of the company at national level and to increase the volume of exports. The main objective of this project proposal is overcoming the above mentioned limitations by purchase and implementation of new machines with significantly better production performance due to expected increase of at least double the production capacity of the company and increase export potential. The expected results of the project are: • Modernization of technology processes in the company; • Increasing the production capacity; • Improving the production resource efficiency; • Shortening the time for execution; • Improving the quality of the products; • Better meet the needs of customers; • Expansion of the market share of the company on the national market; • Expansion of export potential.
