Increasing the production capacity in Stearinos Ltd.

“Stearinos” Ltd. was founded in 2004 in Silistra. The company is located in West industrial zone, in the yard of “Dobrudzha” AD (SA). Our main activity is production of various kinds of candles (household, decorative, round, scented, designer). We have the support of proven specialists in the production of candles and pay extra attention to the choice of the exact raw in the production process. Over 99% of the production is exported, mainly to EU countries. With this project proposal the company intends to purchase: four-wheel electric car, electric pallet truck, electric stacker, lubricated rotary screw compressor, pallets wrapper machine with stretch film, injection mould, automatic machine for mixing and dispensing colors, labeling machine for cylindrical labeling and additional machines for secondary activities. Some of the machines will replace old and already depreciated machinery, and others will be completely new, which will allow the expansion of the product range and will improve the quality and characteristics of the products. The machines that will be purchased will contribute to improving the production process, adding new features and improving the existing products, diversification of the product range and introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The project’s implementation will lead to the following additional benefits: reduction of rejected products, improving the energy efficiency and reducing repair costs, maintenance of the equipment and higher competitiveness. All these results will allow “Stearinos” Ltd. to establish itself as one of the main manufacturers of candles, not only in Bulgaria but also in Europe.
