Highly automated complex with increased productivity and use of waste materials

Unipos Ltd. established in 1995 and it is specialized in design and manufacture of fire alarm equipment. The company operates mainly to the international market, as 80% of income is generated by exports. The presence of the company on the international market gives rise to a constant need for technological modernization of the factory and improving manufacturing processes. Over the years, Unipos Ltd. strives to meet the high requirements of the international market through large investment in scientific research and development of products, as well as through investments in high-tech machines and robots. Since 1995 Unipos specialists have designed and/or implemented in production: three generations of automatic fire alarm detectors; four generations of conventional fire alarm control panels; two generations of addressable fire alarm systems; multiple peripherals and accessories; wide range of software for control and diagnosis of fire alarm systems. The implementation of this project will allow the company to expand its market position in the international market through implementation in the production of the high automated complex of machines with increased productivity and use of waste materials. Implementation of the complex of machines will result in a significant reduction in production costs, higher productivity and efficiency at the same time, and significantly higher quality of output.
