Improving the production capacity of ITT Austria - Production Ltd, town of Cherven Bryag

ITT Austria - Production Ltd is a small company, domiciled and having its business activities in a region of particularly high unemployment rate – the town of Cherven Bryag. The enterprise is export-oriented, its core business being the production of agricultural and forestry machinery. The Applicant's Portfolio includes the following main products: transporting and steel conveyor belts, wheel loaders machinery for the Utility Companies and for the rural economy, as well as spare parts for that machinery. The Company is the main supplier of the Austrian equipment of KOMPTECH (recycling of waste and biomass), SCHEICKL Stall – Weidetechnik (stock-breeding), REAL PROJECT (manufacture of prototypes and steel structures) as well as others. The main challenges and issues before ITT Austria - Production Ltd are related to the redundant manufacturing equipment, operating in the main production processes – bending/folding and welding. The present project provides for investments in equipment, representing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The machines to be purchased with the project's aid – hydraulic folding/bending press and welding machine - will bring about the following: improvement of production capacity, enhancement of product quality, expansion of market range of ITT Austria' production abroad. The project is comprised within the category of Investments - "Expanding the capacity of an existing business establishment".
