Improving production capacity of TILL Industrial Gabrovo Ltd.

"TILL Industrial Gabrovo" Ltd. is established in 2012 as a manufacturer of wire rope hoists and spare parts. Its product range includes wire rope hoists with lifting capacity from 1 to 100 tons and a lifting height of 6 to 72 meters and spare parts for wire rope hoists - running carts, drums, shafts, rope hooks pulley. It is a sophisticated technological process that goes through several phases: production of components and details; installation, painting and packaging. This requires a wide range of precision machine tools and equipment, and their constant updating to keep its competitive status. The company's needs are related to the need for optimization of production. The main challenge for the company can determine the increased demand for high quality products treated with high-tech machines. To meet the market demands and to complete the optimization of the production cycle in the base of the company, "TILL Industrial Gabrovo" Ltd is to bring into operation additional capacities and new automated equipment for the production of electric hoists. This project proposal is aimed at expansion of the company through the expansion of its technological park. To withstand competitive pressures and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production. With this project, the company hopes to not only increase its productivity, but also to reduce the cost of production, which would make it competitive on foreign markets to which it is oriented. As a result, "TILL Industrial Gabrovo" Ltd will increase productivity and optimize the manufacturing process, will shorten the processing unit and will reduce production waste and decrease cost of finished products.
