Alto Klima progress

Company Alto Clima Ltd. began operation in 2007 as more than eight years carried out engineering work in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The company has its own production and service facilities of duct systems and accessories needed to build the systems for ventilation, heating and air conditioning. Highly qualified team of engineers provides design, manufacturing, installation and service of integrated management systems microclimate indoors. The main constraints to the development of the company and realization of export is the lack of capacity and technology to ensure the production of larger production volumes. At present, most of the operations are performed with hand tools and / or reassignment of subcontractors. In this connection, the main strategic objective of the company, and this project is to expand capacity and increase export potential. To achieve the set goals, the project envisages activities related to: 1. Improvement of production processes. 2. Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Activities will be implemented through the purchase of 12 new specialized production machinery. The expected results are to increase the capacity of the main business object of the company to realize exports to Germany and Romania, to increase the efficiency and cost of inputs in the production resources to optimize productivity. The project will be realized in thematic area "Mechatronics and clean technologies" of ISIS. Now produced by HVAC systems are a combination of mechanics, electronics, software and management systems climatic environment in industrial, public and private premises. Besides mechatronics project comes within the scope of clean technologies, as end products production will heat recovery and systems that use regenerative energy.
