Improving the production capacity and creating conditions for realization of export inLider mag Ltd.

Leader mag is a limited liability company and it was established in 2006. Main business is the manufacture and repair of parts for the industry, namely: plunger, rings and other bottom plates and others. Materials which Lider mag Ltd. uses to manufacture its products are mostly a ductile iron, as well as some materials such as APX and P34V. At present, company works mainly for the domestic market and customers are local producers of glassware, such as Trakia voice and Yulia voice and others. Over the past few years company have seen strong growth in orders, but due to lack of equipment, the applicant should refuse part of his orders. This is the main reason for applying for this procedure. With this project proposal company apply for the purchase of machines, some of them will replaced the old or rented ones, while others are completely new, which will allow expansion and diversification of production and it will improve the quality and characteristics of these products. Bought machines will lead to: improving production processes, adding new features and improving existing products, diversification of product range and introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Machines that will be bought under the project are: 5-axis machining centre -1, CNC lathe – 2 and CAD/CAM software system – 1. The project implementation will lead to the following additional benefits: reducing scrapped products, improving energy efficiency and reducing repair costs, rental and maintenance of equipment and higher competitiveness.
