Improving the production capacity of "Vacuum El System" OOD

Currently "Vacuum El System" OOD is active in four areas: vacuum technologies, products made of steel sheet and precision machine parts, casting and laser cutting machines. This projects, which is set to improve the competitiveness of the company in these activities and to implement the development strategy of the company, has the following characteristics: Satisfied needs: - Improving the production capacity - Replacement of a laser cutting machine - Diversification of the production and improving of product quality Target group: The project is aimed at improving the production capacity of "Vacuum El System" OOD - entity falling within the definition of SME Goals: The main goal which the project is aimed at is increasing the production capacity of "Vacuum El System" OOD, and the following specific objectives are set: 1. Acquisition an implementation of new machinery and equipment 2. Increasing the production capacity of the company 3. Expansion of the product range and diversification of the production 4. Optimization of production costs Results: The expected outcome of the project is related to the improving the competitiveness of "Vacuum El System" OOD, as it will contribute to achieving the indicator "Increased productivity of SMEs" - Reaching internal rate of return - 18,38% ­- Increasing the labour productivity of the company compared to 2014 by 15,09% - Increase the revenue generated from exports as a result of the investment project by 25,38% - Increasing the effectiveness of production costs compared to 2014 by 16,1% Main activities: - Activity to improve production processes - Activity to diversify the range of products and services of companies - Activity for the implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process
