Increasing production capacity Stratus light Ltd

„Stratus Light” LTD is a manufacturing company for LED technology, offering exclusively own products, in which experts develop and create professional solutions in several directions: production of LED displays (screens) and electronic information boards – the company has the largest number of installed equipment in the country and is the only one with a large range of products of this type in stock; street and industrial LED lighting – the company offers solutions with the best value for service and warranty period, and with very high productivity. In this rapidly growing sector, we are the supplier of some of the largest furniture companies in the region. In connection with expanding company’s business and the increased demand of our products is necessary buying new machines for production process’ modernization. The development of the technology and the constant renewal and modernization of manufacturing machines, lead to the fact that our machines fail to satisfy the increasingly diverse needs of our customers. With regard to this, the company management decided to apply for Operational Programme Innovations and Competitiveness to improve its production capacity. With the current project proposal, the following machines will be purchased: machine for PCB saturation, convection oven, manual stencil printer, CNC center. The project’s investment will be implemented in Ruse. Putting the new machines into operation will increase productivity with 36,38%, expected export revenues to increase by 99,42% for a period of three years after project’s implementation, efficiency will increase with 49,61%. It is expected putting the new machines into operation to create 3 new jobs. Expected results of the project are: improved product quality, increased resource efficiency of the production process, entering new national and international markets.
