Techno plast progress

KASKADA Ltd. was established in 2003 as a successor of ET "Kaskada -K.D.N - 40" (established in 1991) with more than 24 years history of developing the Bulgarian market of polymer products. The company operated in 4 business directions – manufacture of plastics in primary form, trading polymers, logistics and commercial properties rent. In 2012 and 2013, the company implemented a major investment program to improve production capacity and to expand the activities of the company, whose main business is under code 20.16 Manufacture of plastics in primary forms. Due to the high quality, the queries for polymers products are three times larger than the production capacity. In confirmation of the quality of finished products is the fact that over 90% of production is exported to Germany, Greece and Kosovo. The company has established trade relations with partners from the Netherlands, France, Austria, Slovakia, Italy and Macedonia. In response to market demand, a strategic goal of the company and this project is to increase company’s production capacity and increase export potential. In this regard, the project provides for the following activities: 1. Improvement of production processes. 2. Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. All project activities will be implemented by buying extruder for increased degassing, continuous filter and granulation of hot material. The expected results of the project implementation are to increase exports, improve cost efficiency and on investment in production resources to optimize productivity.
