Investments to improving the production capacity of "Machine Commerce" Ltd.

"Machine Commerce" Ltd. manufactures machine tools. The main products of the company are diverse and functional engineering machinery. The majority of production encompasses individual orders by customer specification sets. The main groups of products produced in the company are drilling machines, universal and CNC lathes, parts and accessories, machine tools and more. The main stages of technological production processes in the company are preparing materials, manufacture of components, assembling parts, painting, assembly and dispatch. The project is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to existing one in "Machine Commerce" LTD. To withstand competitive pressures and to strengthen its positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production of machine tools. The available equipment, while a modern, cannot be used to its full capacity, due to the difficulties in the step of cleaning of the parts after welding and after curing, which leads to lowering of productivity and quality of the final product. The project envisages purchase of shot blasting machine for cleaning of welded structural components and housings after welding, with very high quality of metal processing. Until now, cleaning of welded structural profiles and housings, is done manually, which is very inefficient and of poor quality, and the use of external services increases the price of the product. As a result of the project, the company will increase its productivity, optimize the manufacturing process, shorten the time for processing the metal and reduce the cost of finished products. With the project, the company aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market and started offering their products in foreign markets by offering quality products at competitive prices.
