Improving the Production Capacity of "IT Telecommunications" EOOD

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by IT Telecommunications EOOD (small manufacturer of communication equipment and supplier of information and communication services) for investments in tangible and intangible fixed assets (delivery, assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of machinery) related to the capacity expansion of existing business site. The project aims at achieving the following two main objectives - Increase production capacity and Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Target groups: The project is implemented in one business site - in Pleven (Northwestern Region, which is a priority), and besides, the project includes activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The project proposal includes activities for improvement of production processes, activites for adding new features or for improvement of existing products or services and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The expected results of the project are: improving existing products; double increase in production capacity for the main group of produces services (VPS Server and other cloud services), especially for the business site in Pleven - by 200%; increase in the sales revenue of the company by 66% in the medium term; achieving a 90% share of exports in total revenue, as for services - 100%; reducing the Power Usage Effectiveness coefficient to about 1.25 by about 1.35; in the medium term to achieve an internal rate of return of the project -15,02%; increase productivity with 15,08%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports with 25,06% and increase the efficiency of production costs by 16,51%.
