"Podem Group" Ltd. provides main activity on the territory of Gabrovo in the following production areas: - Electric-lifting equipment- with low headroom lifting from 1 to 50 tons; - Overhead cranes - single bridge and two bridge lifting equipment for industrial use with capacity to 50 tons. For the needs of the two production lines and after the procedures for selection of contractor under the requirements of Decree 118 will be purchased: Machine CNC plasma ryazayane-1pc., CNC lathe-1pc. and two-band sawing machine-1pc. The investment in these facilities is essential in order to fully improve and increase production capacity, optimizing the efficiency of the production chain to fully exploit the market and export potential.Overcoming constraints on the future development of the company will include two main activities: 1. Action to improve production processes; 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Their successful implementation will have a positive impact in achieving the objectives of the project: raising production capacity and enhance export potential in both production lines.Whit this the company will increase productivity, increase average revenue generated by export increase effectiveness of production costs, which will lead to optimal return on investment. During the project implementation will be met all requirements associated with project visualization.
