Investments for increasing the production capacity of Slav-Chains Ltd.

Through the implementation of the current project Slav-Chains Ltd. intends to purchase new machines and software with the aim of increasing the production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the company. As a result the overall competitiveness of the enterprise will be increased and a lasting growth will be ensured. The main activities to be implemented under this project are: o Activity for improving the production process; o Activity for the introduction of new technologies aiming at improving the effective and efficient use of resources. The above listed activities will be implemented through the purchase and installation of the following: o Automatic laser portal machine for cutting of metal sheets – 1 o Automatic band saw cutting machine – 1 o Vertical machining center – 1 o CNC lathe machine – 1 o Universal lathe machine – 1 o Plasma cutting machine – 1 o Engineering design software – 1 The new machinery and software will help Slav-Chains Ltd. to increase its production, enhance its capacity and direct more products for export. As a direct result from the project implementation the company will achieve improvement and optimization of the technological processes and the production, thus overcoming the limitations for increase in the capacity and faster execution of orders. Furthermore, the project will result in a reduction of raw material and decrease in the quantity of waste produced by the company.
