Improving production capacity in OLIMEX LTD

The project proposal includes the purchase of two lines for the assembly of printed circuit boards. The first line is for boards with greater complexity and includes the following machines and equipment: 1.PCB Loader - the machine will be used to load the line of PCB to be assembled, without the need for the person to submit the boards to the next machine along the line; 2. Inline full auto screen printer for solder paste, which ensures continuous operation and high-speed multi-control, which allows even application of the paste; 3. Inspection conveyor that allows visual inspection of the boards, moving from one machine to another; 4. Pick amp; place machine with surface mount components, equipped with devices feeding the elements to the machine. It is fast machine, but can only use very small components; 5. Pick and place machine, equipped with devices for feeding the elements of the machine. This is a machine that is not that fast, but can use lager components and for that reason it works in a team with the previous machine-position 4; 6. Inspection conveyor that allows visual inspection of the boards, passing on from one machine to another.
