Increasing the competitiveness of MM SERVICE by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process

MM SERVICE LTD was established in 1991 with main activity the design, production, recycling, trade and service machines, hygienic equipment and spare parts for the food industry, especially for the meat industry. The company is one of the first in the country to carry out imports from Germany of specialized equipment for the needs of the meat processing industry and is the official representative of manufacturers from Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain. The company is a leader among the users of the national meat processing market served by the industry of manufacturers and importers of equipment and has a leading role in the formation of high standards in supply and customer service. The professionalism and experience ensure accuracy in the performance of contractual relations, affordable, strict adherence to deadlines for supply and installation and maintenance of good relations with customers. From February 2011 MM SERVICE is located in a new building that meets the requirements for the quality of the work process within the company and to expand the production capacity of the enterprise. Along with the ISO 9001 certificate in TUV Rheiland, the company has developed one of the main machines in the meat processing sector in the German standard. Through the project will buy 1 piece folding press CNC control five axes 1 piece electromechanical guillotine with CNC, 2 bridge crane, 1 piece universal milling machine, 1 piece universal lathe and equipment blasting work with steel abrasive and glass pearls, thus now will improve resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process. The project duration is 12, and its value is 700,000 Levs.
