Improving the Production Capacity of BCC-95 OOD

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by BCC-95 OOD (manufacturer of metal carts and furniture of metal) for investments in fixed assets (delivery, assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of machinery) related to the capacity expansion of existing business site of the company. The project aims at achieving the following two main objectives - Increase production capacity and Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Target groups: The project is implemented in one business site - in Montana (Northwestern Region), and besides, the project includes activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The project proposal includes activities for improvement of production processes, activites for adding new features or for improvement of existing products or services and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The project will be implemented in code 30.99 (main economic activity of the candidate) and 31.09 (additional economic activity of the candidate) under CEA /KID/ - 2008. The expected results of the project are: – increase the production capacity concerning the main groups of products by approximately 20% as a result of capacity expansions in business site in Montana; – improving the quality of existing products; – increase in sales revenue by over 20%; – increase the market share and export revenue; – reduce customer complaints to less than 10 per year; – reducing production waste by 20-25%; – reducing the amount of waste by 10%; – in the medium term to achieve an internal rate of return of the project 660,95%; increase productivity with 16,53%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports with 25,12% and increase the efficiency of production costs by 16,88%.
