Increasing the potential for competitive and efficient production through modernization of technology in "Enerkemikal" Ltd

"Enerkemikal" Ltd. is the leading enterprise for the production and recycling of metalworking and machine tools with over forty years of history. It is the successor to the most modern of its time Bulgarian machine-building enterprise - "Nikola Vaptsarov". Pleven. Now is experience and its evolution has gone through several stages in its development. In recent years, in view of market conditions and demand, the company reoriented its activities to the production of parts and components to companies in the industrial and construction sectors and agriculture. It is specialized in the production of steel structures, plates, anchor bolts, elbows, adapters, buckets strips, plugs collectors, housings for separators, mills and other wood waste. The Company offers the following services- repair of machine tools, agricultural machinery, lathes and welding services, gas cutting parts, machining of arrows, etc. The main problem facing "Enerkemikal" Ltd. is obsolete equipment and facilities, which prevented the adoption of agreements and contracts with short term performance and greater complexity. To meet the growing demands of its customers and the market environment in terms of quality and execution time, and to expand the range, the company management has pledged its investment program in modernization of machinery. This project proposal is, the purchase of: bending machine, horizontal boring machine, welding machines and mobile aspiration system. Providers will be selected by an open selection procedure, in accordance with Decree 118/2014, the planned purchase of fixed assets will allow supplementing and developing the existing production - processing lines, business expansion, development of products and the provision of new services, creating new work places.
