Hidroplastform Ltd is registered in 1990. Its manufacturing activities include: design, adoption, production, installation and maintenance of machines and equipment for food and tobacco-, chemical- and pharmaceutical- industries, as well as custom made equipment according the clients’ needs. The development trend of Hidroplastform Ltd during the recent years is characterized by the development and adoption of more complex machines, equipment and entire production lines with high level of automation. The complexity of the machines requires the usage of more accurate and precise parts manufactured through metal cutting and welding equipment. Because the company is specialized in production of custom made equipment many of the developments start with the so-called zero cycle - production of a prototype installation which requires the usage of efficient (large scale, capacity and flexibility during the manufacturing of the different parts) machines and equipment. The present production equipment of the company poses a number of restrains in relation to its sustainable development taking into consideration the inability to start producing already developed by the designers unit, machines with greater capacity. Within the framework of the present project proposal the purchase and installation of the following machines is envisaged: Welding column and CNC machine for oxy-fuel and plasma cutting. The envisaged machines will contribute for: - improvement of the production processes and increased quality of the manufactured goods; - adding of new characteristics or improvement of the current products and services; - diversification of product range and provided services; - improvement of the resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production process.
