Introduction of modern technologies and equipment for increasing the competitiveness of the products of the Bulgarian Industrial Group AD

The activity of the Bulgarian Industrial Group Corp. is focused on designing and manufacturing machines, products and equipment in the field of engineering. Engineering of BIG AD involves research and design of industrial and transportation equipment and products; molds, dies and dies; technical documentation. One of the activities of BIG AD has been producing metal combs Binding of printed products. Annually produce up to 40,000 tubes with metal combs, as volume of production and quality the company is among the top 3 companies in Europe. Due to competitive prices and excellent quality over 96% of the tubes are exported to Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Production equipment was purchased as a "second hand" from England and is outdated, given defects and can be adjusted to produce different sizes of metal rails, which have to work 3 shifts to orders on time. In modernizing the equipment is not only important to deliver machines with high performance and the ability to customize for different sizes, but also machinery for the manufacture of molds for different sizes and other necessary elements for the maintenance of the equipment. Manufacture of machinery and equipment for machinery is another part of the activities of the company BIG AD. One part of the production is for customers in Bulgaria, but the main part is exported to the European countries - Germany, France, England, Hungary. Existing machines are physically and morally outdated. To meet the high demands of customers, BIG AD must buy modern equipment such as CNC machining centers, machine blasting and 3D scanner with a high performance and accuracy. After implementation of the project activities the company's performance will rise by nearly 32%, exports will increase by 39% and the introduction of new machines will increase the efficiency of the production costs by 35%.
