Technological modernization of "EME" JSC

EME AD is a company with decades-long history, was founded in 1973 and since then here are stored and develop the experience and achievements in the field of switching elements for electrical industry, radio engineering, electronics and consumer machine-building. The manufacturing corresponds with industry best practices and for the maintenance of this level are implemented modern systems for organizing, monitoring, testing and qualification of the production. The management of the company relies on a consecutive and intellectualization of the process focusing on the human factor. In recent years vastly increased the number of highly qualified workers and specialists, as compared to 2011 this number practically tripled. Offering products which are certified for quality and safe working, allows the company to build enduring and significant industrial and commercial relationships with companies such as: FESTO, PxC GmbH, WAGO Kontakt.GmbH, Ramp;M and other.If we can increase our production capacity, we have a guaranteed market. One target built team of specialist, with the involvement of external experts and consultants, develops a long-term program for technological modernization of the production and a sharp increase in the production volumes. The first stage of this program is embedded in this project and purposes: -Improvement of the technology for the production of volume tools by introducing of wire erosion machine of the highest class; Achieve the consistent quality in the repair of tools by purchasing of laser system; Improving the quality of manufactured plastic products and reduction of the waste products by purchasing a sensitive device to measure the moisture of the raw material - plastic granules. The successful implementation of the project will increase the export by about 27%, total sales volume by more than 30% and it will improve the basic economic indicators of the company, inclusive detection of at least seven new workplaces.
