Improving the production capacity in ESMOS JSC

"ESMOS" JSC was founded in 1997. The company is a machine-building enterprise specialized in the production of extrusion lines for processing and recycling of plastic and of machines for production of plastic products, installations for separation of household solid waste. Its main products are: - Extruders; - Extrusion lines for foi, pipes and profilesl; - Mills for grinding plastic waste; - Installations for separation of household solid waste; - Pipes from PE /polyethylene/. The production is sold mainly on the domestic market but in 2014 the company realized significant export growth /more than 500 thousand BGN/ and the export reached 11% of all revenues. In the last three years, regardless of the investment activity of the company /over 800,000 BGN on the acquisition of tangible fixed assets/, there is a noticeable depletion of growth potential. This is due to the maximum load on the available company equipment, which does not allow accepting additional orders from regular and new customers. The equipment itself is morally and physically obsolete, energy-intensive and its technical and technological capabilities are significantly inferior to those of the modern equipment which the company plans to provide through this project. In order to increase its production capacity and export potential, "ESMOS" JSC plans to provide and put into operation the following equipment: Three-axis machining center; Machine for calibration and marking of plastic profiles; Hydraulic sheet-bending press; Gantry CNC plasma cutting system; Lathe and Universal milling machine. The new equipment will improve the company's production process and implement new technologies to boost resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The new equipment will increase the production capacity of the company, as this will lead to 6.465 million BGN sales revenue in 2020. This investment will increase the company's competitiveness on the domestic and international markets.
